Walking through history into the future with Christ

We welcome all into a
Christ-centered community that nurtures and values each member.

We practice our faith through biblically-based liturgy, preaching and music.

We teach young and old about God through our Anglican tradition.

We reach out through our talents and resources to our visitors, our community and our world.

Lenten Devotionals

The members of the Daughters of the King (DOK) wish to thank all the members and clergy of Bruton Parish who contributed written devotionals for the 2012 edition.  To read the devotional online or to print a copy of the booklet, please click here for an electronic copy. Paper copies will be available at the Shove Tuesday Supper, at the Ash Wednesday services, at reception in the Parish House, and in the Bruton Shop. A donation of $2 to help defray the costs would be most appreciated.

Daughters of the King, as a lay order in the Episcopal Church, is open to all Episcopal women. We meet on the first Thursday of each month, and all are cordially invited to attend a meeting to see if this is an avenue for you to extend your spiritual journey with our Lord.  DOK members pray daily for members of the congregation and others for whom prayers have been asked.

Prayers may also be requested by completing a blue Request for Prayer card found in the Tower of the church. For additional questions, please call Marcia Hibbitts (564-8240).
