Aging In Place Symposium
 
WFIA is gearing up for its 8th Annual Aging In Place Symposium and invite YOU to participate! Join them Tuesday, May 28, from 9am to 2pm at the King of Glory Lutheran Church on Longhill Road. To register, visit their website at www.wfia.org or call 757-258-5890.
    The Symposium will include a keynote address, informative presentations, hands-on activities, and community resources.
    The keynote speaker is Dr. Gregg Shivers, Riverside Associate Director of Patient Safety and Service Line Chief for Riverside Life-Long Health Division.
    Connect with friends, family, and services that support participation. Create through activities that promote health and personal enrichment. Contribute time, talent and life experience to benefit others.  
    The symposium costs just $10 for seniors (60+), $15 general admission, and $40 for CEUs. Breakfast and lunch are included. Lunch is being catered by Corey’s Country Kitchen.
