BBQ for Emerson Brooks’ Medical Fund
 
Emerson Anne Brooks, the daughter of Mason and Alex Brooks, great granddaughter of Suzie Brooks, granddaughter of Nancy and Charles Brooks, Bill Fallon and Barbara Fallon was a month old when she was rushed to a Denver, Colorado hospital December 22, 2016 in liver failure. After being transferred to the Children's Hospital of Denver and put on the national donor list, she received a new liver on January 1, 2017. She is still in ICU, but is a fighter, and is recovering.
    To assist with uncovered medical expenses a BBQ dinner, sponsored by Old City BBQ and friends, will be held on Wednesday, February 22, from 5:30-8pm in Lewis Hall.  Tickets are $50 per person; all proceeds will go to Emerson's medical fund. Please make your reservation by mailing a check made out to the “Emerson Brooks Fund” and mail to Charles Brooks at 518 South England Street, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185.
