Walking through history into the future with Christ

We welcome all into a
Christ-centered community that nurtures and values each member.

We practice our faith through biblically-based liturgy, preaching and music.

We teach young and old about God through our Anglican tradition.

We reach out through our talents and resources to our visitors, our community and our world.

Seasoned With Love

Beginning in February, the Episcopal Church Women are starting a program to provide meals to parishioners when there is a special need such as illness, surgery, death in the immediate family, or the arrival of a new baby. Clergy and Pastoral Care Team members will alert us to those in need of a meal.  Recipients will provide delivery details such as dietary needs, allergies, number of family members, frequency, etc.
Leslie Boyé will be coordinating the program.  We will be using the online app, Meal Train, for volunteers to sign-up for specific meals that fit their schedules.
We are currently recruiting a cadre of volunteers for the Seasoned With Love ministry.  To sign up please contact Elizabeth Greaf at seasonedwithlove@brutonparish.org or 516-383-1137. Once you are on the volunteer list, you will be contacted with more information about the Meal Train program. April Martin will coordinate those volunteers who would like to participate but do not have internet (call her at 757-220-2937).
Feeding people was one of the ways Jesus showed his love to the world.  We look forward to restarting this pastoral ministry to members of our parish who could use a meal seasoned with love.
