Bruton R.O.M.E.O.s Gather for Lunch

The recently formed Bruton R.O.M.E.O.s (Retired Outstanding Men Eating Optimally) will meet at 11:30am on Thursday, October 17, at Opus 9. Right now, the meeting pattern is the third Thursday each month at 11:30am so as to beat any tidal wave at a restuarant.
We'll decide where to go as a group. Someone has already suggested Shorties and a survey of the best Pancake Houses as future possibilities. We'll see!
Membership requirements are met simply by attending this Christian Fellowship occasion. This is intended to be an enjoyable outing among Bruton friends and associates to get to know each other better, share life stories and humorous events we have encountered. There is only one rule, no one can tell another man's spouse or family supervisor what that person ate for lunch!
Call someone and invite them to ride with you, especially if it is a friend you haven't seen in some time, or think of someone who can't drive or get out as easily. Be prepared to tell the group about yourself (the 300 word version or less, of course). Think of some life event or unusual situation you would enjoy sharing with the rest.
Please call Jim Carson at (804) 798-1782 if attending so that we can give those staffs notice of the expected number.
